Winds will come around to northeast and increase to 10 to 15 mph
at times today. Rain showers will move from south to north across
much of the area and relative humidity will remain fairly high,
with minima only in the 50s far north to 70s central and south.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (55-65 percent) then becoming
                    cloudy (85-95 percent). Areas of frost early in
                    the morning.
Temperature.........34 at ignition...Max 47.
RH..................75 percent at ignition...Min 53 percent.

                    Northeast winds 7 to 13 mph.
