.DISCUSSION...Generally cold and dry conditions can be expected
today (Tuesday) as a brief period of weak high pressure builds over
the region.  This will be short lived however as forecast models bring
additional light rain or snow shower activity back to the area Tuesday
night and Wednesday.

Sky/weather.........Sunny then becoming partly cloudy.
CWR.................0 percent.

Max temperature.....36 to 40.
Min humidity........40 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Variable 2 to 4 mph...becoming northwest 5 to 6
                    mph in the afternoon.

                    late morning and early afternoon, then
                    decreasing to 2000 ft AGL late in the
                    afternoon.
