THE SEABREEZE WILL MOVE THROUGH THE FIRE AREA BETWEEN 9 PM AND 10
PM. SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE INTO THE 8 TO 15 MPH RANGE IN
ITS WAKE THROUGH MIDNIGHT...THEN SUBSIDE TO 5 TO 8 MPH OVERNIGHT.
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES AROUND 50 PERCENT WILL RECOVER TO NEAR 97
