.DISCUSSION...

RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES ARE CURRENTLY NEAR 33-38 PERCENT AND WILL
FALL INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOW 30 PERCENTILES THROUGH THE 5-6PM.
HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL SLOWLY CLIMB THEREAFTER. EYE-LEVEL
WINDS WILL BE 5 TO 10 MPH FROM THE SOUTHEAST BUT A THUNDERSTORM
OVER COMAL COUNTY WILL MOVE TOWARDS THE BURN SITE IN BEXAR IN THE
NEXT 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR AND A HALF. THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE AN
WIND GUST OUTFLOW FROM THE NORTHEAST. ANY SMOKE GENERATED
FROM THE FIRE WILL BLOW MORE SW THAN NW WITH THE OUTFLOW WIND GUST.

IF THE ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM HOLD TOGETHER, RAIN COULD HELP THE
BURN SITE. THE THUNDERSTORM IS NOT VERY STRONG BUT WILL CONTAIN
A FEW LIGHTNING STRIKES. CAUTION IS ADVISED FROM THE LIGHTNING
THROUGH THE 530PM TIME FRAME. A BREAK IN RAIN IS EXPECTED
THEREAFTER THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON AT THE BURN SITE WITH
SOME ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY EARLY EVENING. WINDS WILL RETURN TO THE
SOUTHEAST AN HOUR OR SO AFTER THE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY MOVES THROUGH.
