AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY ON TUESDAY. IN GENERAL, LOOKING AT LIGHT
WINDS EXCEPT GUSTY AND ERRATIC NEAR STORMS. THE HAINES INDEX WILL HOVER
