.DISCUSSION...
Clouds will be on the increase today as a storm system tracks from
the central plains into the mid mississippi valley region. light
rain wild spread across the south half of the state this afternoon
then mix or turn to all snow overnight across central and east
central wisconsin.  The rain and snow mix will continue into thursday
before tapering off thursday night. Most of the precipitation will fall
south of a line from Merrill to Iron Mountain.

615 am observed Haines Index at Green Bay...4 or low.
