PREVAIL THROUGH TONIGHT. MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL REMAIN ABOVE CRITICAL
LEVELS. PREVAILING WINDS WILL REMAIN OUT OF THE EAST WITH SPEEDS
INCREASING TO 10 TO 15 MPH IN THE AFTERNOON. COASTAL SHOWERS WILL
MOVE INLAND ON SATURDAY WITH INCREASING MOISTURE LEVELS.
