.DISCUSSION...THROUGH TUESDAY...A BROAD UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL REMAIN
OVER THE WEST COAST AND THERE WILL ONLY BE MINOR DAY-TO-DAY CHANGES
IN THE WEATHER. WINDS WILL REMAIN ONSHORE THROUGH TUESDAY. THERE
WILL BE A DEGREE OR TWO OF WARMING EACH AFTERNOON TODAY AND
TUESDAY...BUT MAX TEMPS WILL STILL REMAIN BELOW SEASONAL NORMALS
WHILE RELATIVE HUMIDITY REMAINS AT MODERATE TO HIGH LEVELS. WHILE
LOW CLOUDS ARE FORECAST TONIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING THERE IS A 40
PERCENT CHANCE THAT SKIES WILL REMAIN CLEAR.

FROM WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...AN UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
WILL BUILD OVER THE WEST COAST. THIS WILL BRING WARMER AND DRIER
CONDITIONS TO THE AREA. HOWEVER...IT WILL ALSO CAUSE THE MARINE
LAYER TO BECOME MORE SHALLOW...WHICH COULD ALLOW FOR SOME DENSE
FOG ACROSS THE COAST AND COASTAL WATERS. WEAK ONSHORE WIND WILL
CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA.
