LEVEL TROUGH OVER THE NORTHEASTERN U.S. WILL BRING RAIN CHANCES
TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE RETURNS
TO THE EAST COAST WEDNESDAY AND REMAINS IN PLACE UNTIL A COLD
FRONT APPROACHES THE AREA FRIDAY.
