THIS MORNING WILL BURN OFF BY 9 AM. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AND MOSTLY OUT
OF THE WEST-NORTHWEST EARLY THIS MORNING, THEN GRADUALLY BECOMING SOUTH
TO SOUTHWEST BY MIDDAY AND LASTING THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. WIND SPEEDS
WILL REMAIN MAINLY 7 MPH OR LESS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. SKIES WILL BE
MOSTLY SUNNY TODAY WITH NO RAIN EXPECTED. LOWEST AFTERNOON HUMIDITY
VALUES WILL BE IN THE 40 PERCENT RANGE. DISPERSION VALUES WILL BE POOR
THIS MORNING, AND ONLY IMPROVE TO FAIR BY AFTERNOON DUE TO THE LIGHT
