Winds will be southeast at ignition, veering to the south before
noon. Winds will increase steadily through the day, peaking during the
early to mid afternoon. Sunny skies to start will be replaced by increasing
high clouds through the day.  The next chance for rain arrives later this
evening, becoming likely by Wednesday afternoon.
