THEN SOME CLEARING IS EXPECTED.  A WARM SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL PRODUCE
ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES WHILE INCREASED TRANSPORT WINDS WILL RESULT
IN GOOD DISPERSION IN THE AFTERNOON. THERE WILL BE NO LOW RH OR WIND
CONCERNS.
