UPPER LOW. TEMPERATURES WILL LIKELY REMAIN BELOW NORMAL WEDNESDAY
THEN GRADUALLY INCREASE TO AROUND NORMAL THURSDAY. MORNING LOW
CLOUDS AND DRIZZLE WILL PERSIST THROUGH AT LEAST WEDNESDAY AND
LIKELY THURSDAY MAINTAINING GOOD HUMIDITY RECOVERIES FOR A COUPLE
