.DISCUSSION...

No significant weather is anticipated on Friday. It will be sunny
with relatively light winds.

Saturday will be drY. However, a cold front will slide down the
plains. Prior to the frontal passage, winds will from a westerly
component during the morning hours, but will shift to an easterly
component by around noontime. As the afternoon progresses, clouds
will increase across the region.

Light snow showers will be possible late Saturday night.

Sunday, winds will be light with clouds and possible some light
snow in the morning.

Sky/weather.........Sunny.
Max temperature.....39-44F.
Min humidity........12-17 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds around 8 mph until 1100, then light
                    wind until 1400, then west around 8 mph.
Mixing height.......2500 ft agl.
Transport winds.....Northwest around 15 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor until 1200, then fair until 1500, then
                    poor.
Haines Index........4 or low potential for large plume dominated
                    fire growth.

Max humidity........25-30 percent.
