.DISCUSSION...

A Rangeland Fire Danger statement has been issued for the area
west of a Haskell to San Angelo to Ozona line. We are expecting
elevated fire weather conditions today. Above normal temperatures
are expected with highs in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees.
Winds will be from the southwest at 15 to 25 MPH with gusts up to
30 MPH possible during the afternoon hours. The minimum relative
humidity values will remain in the 25 to 30 percent range.
