For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate northwest wind will continue through early
afternoon as low pressure...29.20 inches...exits the James Bay
region while high pressure...30.10 inches...moves into the western
Great Lakes. A secondary front will slide through Lake Huron and
lower Michigan tonight and early Thursday to reinforce cold air and
waterspout potential over the water. High pressure will then move
eastward and settle over marine areas Friday through the weekend.

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to
15 knots after midnight. Waterspouts likely. Waves 4 to 6 feet.
.THURSDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to
10 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Waterspouts likely.
Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late morning
and afternoon. Waves occasionally around 8 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Waterspouts
likely early in the evening. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots becoming light and variable...
then becoming west 5 to 10 knots late in the evening. Waves
2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots early in the morning
becoming light and variable. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...Light and variable winds becoming east 5 to 10 knots.
