CONTINUE TO BUILD AND PERSIST ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THROUGH
WEDNESDAY. BY THURSDAY...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES WILL DEVELOP
OVER THE HIGH PLAINS AND MOVE EASTWARD THROUGH THE LOWER LAKES TO
THE MID ATLANTIC COAST BY SATURDAY. HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING OF 29.9
INCHES WILL REMAIN ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES DURING THIS TIME. A
29.7 INCH LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO ON SUNDAY.
