THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WESTERN TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

PATCHY FOG AND RAIN MAY OCCASIONALLY REDUCE VISIBILITY TO AROUND
1 TO 2 MILES ACROSS THE AREA...WITH LOWER VISIBILITY POSSIBLE IN
THE MOUNTAINS. FOG IS EXPECTED TO PERSIST THROUGH TONIGHT.

RAIN MAY MIX WITH SNOW TODAY AND TONIGHT ACROSS THE HIGHER
ELEVATIONS OF THE DAVIS AND GLASS MOUNTAINS...WITH LESS THAN AN
INCH OF SNOW EXPECTED IN THOSE AREAS.

RAIN IS EXPECTED TO MIX WITH AND THEN CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW IN
THE CHISOS MOUNTAINS TONIGHT...WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR 1 TO 2 INCHES
OF ACCUMULATION FOR LOCATIONS ABOVE 7000 FEET.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

SNOW IS POSSIBLE MONDAY MORNING MORNING IN THE DAVIS AND CHISOS
MOUNTAINS. ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
CHISOS MOUNTAINS ABOVE 7000 FEET.

VERY COLD ARCTIC AIR IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE AREA ON
WEDNESDAY...WITH WIDESPREAD HARD FREEZES POSSIBLE BOTH THURSDAY
AND FRIDAY MORNING.
