WISCONSIN...SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN.

A BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH 3 AM FOR RACINE AND
KENOSHA COUNTIES.

THE WINTER STORM WARNINGS AND WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES ELSEWHERE
ACROSS SOUTHERN WISCONSIN WILL GRADUALLY EXPIRE FROM WEST TO EAST
OVERNIGHT. SOME HAVE BEEN EXTENDED BY ABOUT 3 HOURS TO ACCOUNT FOR
THE CONTINUED BLUSTERY CONDITIONS AND SEVERELY RESTRICTED
VISIBILITIES.

NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO BRING ARCTIC AIR TO THE AREA WITH
WIND CHILLS IN THE TEENS BELOW ZERO FOR LATE TONIGHT AND MONDAY
MORNING.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES AROUND 20 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY MORNING AS NORTHWEST WINDS BRING
ANOTHER ROUND OF ARCTIC AIR TO THE REGION. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL
BE IN THE TEENS BELOW ZERO FOR THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY
MORNING.

UNTIL 3 AM. NORTHEAST GALE FORCE WIND GUSTS WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT
AND GENERATE VERY HIGH WAVES. THE BRISK WINDS...HIGH WAVES...AND
COLD AIR TEMPERATURES WILL PRODUCE HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY. SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORIES WILL BE NEEDED AFTER THE GALE WARNING EXPIRES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES MAY BE NEEDED INTO EARLY MONDAY AFTERNOON AS
HIGH WAVES WILL BE SLOW TO SUBSIDE AFTER NORTHWEST WINDS EASE
EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

WINDS WILL APPROACH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVELS WEDNESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...AND AGAIN SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT.
