THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
ALABAMA...SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...NORTHWEST FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST
MISSISSIPPI.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM FOR WAYNE AND
CHOCTAW COUNTIES DUE TO A MIXTURE OF FREEZING RAIN AND LIGHT SLEET.
MINOR ICE ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE MAINLY ON ELEVATED SURFACE.
PATCHY ICE IS POSSIBLE ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.

A LIGHT TO MODERATE FREEZE IS EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION
TONIGHT. WITH THE RECENT PERIOD OF MILD TEMPERATURES...NEW GROWTH AND
TENDER VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED OR KILLED GIVEN THE RECENT MILD
TEMPERATURES EXPERIENCED.

A WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM DUE TO FREQUENT WIND
GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 MPH.

WIND CHILLS WILL DROP INTO THE TEENS OVERNIGHT ALONG AND WEST OF
I-65.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
