currents at the New Jersey and Delaware beaches today, especially
this afternoon and evening.

Friday`s outlook is for a moderate risk for the development of
dangerous rip currents at the New Jersey and Delaware beaches.

The risk may increase to high beginning Saturday and continuing
through Monday.

There is the potential for high surf with breakers of at least
8 feet along oceanfront beaches on Saturday and Sunday. A high
surf advisory may be needed. Beach erosion is also possible.
