THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND
SMALL HAIL. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER COBHAM BAY...MOVING
EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
COBHAM BAY...BURWELL BAY AND JAMES RIVER BRIDGE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
