  COASTAL WATERS EAST OF IPSWICH BAY AND THE STELLWAGEN BANK
  NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY...
  OCEAN WATERS FROM THE MERRIMACK RIVER TO PLYMOUTH FROM 40 TO 60 NM
  OFFSHORE...

AT 1135 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED OVER STELLWAGEN BANK...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS...AND
LIGHTNING STRIKES. CONSIDER HEADING FOR SAFE HARBOR OR REMAINING
BELOW DECK UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
