AT 712 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 18 MILES
NORTHWEST OF NEWBURYPORT TO 16 MILES WEST OF ROWLEY...MOVING EAST AT
35 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
PLUM ISLAND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS...AND
