THROUGH 5 PM...

BOATERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PRESENTLY
IMPACTING THE SOUTH COASTAL WATERS...ESPECIALLY SOUTH OF THE
ISLANDS AND EAST OF NANTUCKET.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS OF UP TO 50
KNOTS AND WATERSPOUTS...IN ADDITION TO FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND
ROUGH SEAS...THROUGH 5 PM.

IF YOUR BOATING PLANS INCLUDE THE WATERS SOUTH OF NEW ENGLAND
TODAY...BE PREPARED TO HEAD TO SAFE HARBOR IF THREATENING WEATHER
APPROACHES.
