THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
GULF WATERS FROM EAST CAPE SABLE TO CHOKOLOSKEE 20 TO 60 NM OUT AND
BEYOND 5 FATHOMS...

AT 1021 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY
ASSOCIATED WITH AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS OF 25 TO 30 KNOTS. THE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY...SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 37 NM
SOUTHWEST OF CAPE ROMANO TO 34 NM NORTHWEST OF SMITH SHOAL
LIGHT...MOVING WEST SOUTHWEST NEAR 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
