CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE LOCATED 19 NM SOUTH OF D TOWER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
