THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS... FROM NEW
RIVER INLET TO CAPE LOOKOUT...OR FROM 3 NM NORTHEAST OF NEW RIVER
INLET TO CAPE LOOKOUT...MOVING EAST AT 20 KT.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  AR340 AT 440 PM.
  AR330 AT 445 PM.
  R-8 BUOY...AR345 AT 450 PM.
  AR285 AT 455 PM.
  ATLAS TANKER AT 515 PM.
  BIG TEN FATHOM...THE KNUCKLE BUOY...NORTHWEST PLACES AT 530 PM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR
REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
