...THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ATLANTIC WATERS...

At 805 PM, the Doppler radar indicated isolated thunderstorms
capable of producing winds up to 30 knots, developing across
portions of the offshore Atlantic waters. These thunderstorms were
moving slowly northwards over open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
