SOUTHWEST WINDS IN PLACE TODAY OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES. GUSTS
IN EXCESS OF 25 KNOTS MOST LIKELY OVER SAGINAW BAY, WHERE A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING. SURFACE WINDS
WILL REMAIN OUT OF THE WEST UNTIL THE END OF THE WEEK WITH MODEST
INCREASES IN WIND SPEEDS DURING THE DAYTIME.

  SUSTAINED WINDS UP TO 21 KNOTS FROM THE SOUTHWEST WITH GUSTS UP
  TO 28 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE 4
FEET WITH A POTENTIAL MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF 5 FEET.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 5 PM EDT TUESDAY
  WITH THE LARGEST WAVES EXPECTED AROUND 4 PM EDT TUESDAY.
