...INCREASING SOUTHEAST WINDS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

.SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE AND BECOME GUSTY AHEAD OF AN
APPROACHING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. THE WINDS
WILL PRODUCE HIGH WAVES ON LAKE MICHIGAN. THE GUSTY WINDS AND
HIGH WAVES WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE LATE THURSDAY MORNING AND THURSDAY
AFTERNOON.

  KTS ARE EXPECTED WEDNESDAY NIGHT. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE
  SOUTHWEST AND SHOULD DIMINISH TO 10 TO 20 KTS THURSDAY
  MORNING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 4 TO 7 FT WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND TO 5 TO
  8 FT WEDNESDAY EVENING. WAVES WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE LATE THURSDAY
  MORNING AND THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
