.SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE SUNDAY AFTERNOON INTO SUNDAY NIGHT
AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE SWINGS THROUGH THE AREA. THE
FAVORABLE ONSHORE FETCH OF THESE WINDS SHOULD HELP BUILD HIGH
WAVES IN ICE FREE AREAS THROUGH EARLY MONDAY MORNING THAT WILL
SLOWLY SUBSIDE FOLLOWING THE DIMINISHING WINDS.

  ICE FREE AREAS. WAVES WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE TOWARDS MONDAY
  MORNING AS WINDS WEAKEN AND TURN SOUTHWESTERLY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
