  AFTERNOON...WILL BECOME EAST TO SOUTHEAST 20 TO 30 KNOTS WITH
  GUSTS UP TO 40 KNOTS LATE SATURDAY NIGHT...HIGHEST SOUTHERN
  PORTIONS. FOR SUNDAY...WINDS SOUTHEAST TO SOUTH AT 20 TO 30 KT
  WITH GUSTS TO 40 KT...HIGHEST SOUTHERN PORTIONS.

* SEAS...3 TO 5 FEET WILL BUILD TO 4 TO 7 FEET BY LATE SATURDAY
  AFTERNOON. BY LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY...SEAS WILL
  FURTHER BUILD TO 6 TO 9 FEET. HIGHEST SEAS WILL OCCUR IN THE
  SOUTHERN PORTIONS.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS AND HIGHEST SEAS WILL OCCUR
  SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.

* IMPACTS...TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS AND HIGH SEAS WILL PRODUCE
  DANGEROUS NAVIGATING CONDITIONS FOR MARINERS BOATING ACROSS THE
  COASTAL WATERS...THE INTRA-COASTAL WATERWAY...AND ALSO WINYAH
  BAY.

A TROPICAL STORM WARNING MEANS SUSTAINED WINDS OF 34 TO 63 KT OR
39 TO 73 MPH ARE EXPECTED DUE TO A TROPICAL STORM WITHIN
