WILL KEEP SEAS ELEVATED ACROSS THE CENTRAL WATERS TODAY AND
TONIGHT, AND ALLOW SEAS TO BUILD TO 4 TO 7 FEET SOUTH OF OCRACOKE
THIS EVENING. SEAS WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE BELOW 6 FEET FRIDAY

AND/OR SEAS OF 6 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS,
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
