...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO
MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT...

The National Weather Service in Newport/Morehead City has issued
a Small Craft Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM this
morning to midnight EST tonight.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt, becoming
  West to Northwest.

* SEAS...3 to 5 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and/or seas of 6 feet or greater are expected to produce
hazardous wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.

a Small Craft Advisory, which is in effect from 1 PM this
afternoon to 9 AM EST Saturday.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt, becoming
  west to northwest.

* SEAS...4 to 6 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and/or seas of 6 feet or greater are expected to produce
