  DELAWARE FROM SANDY HOOK NEW JERSEY TO FENWICK ISLAND DELAWARE.

* WINDS...EAST 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT. ISOLATED 35 KT
  GUSTS POSSIBLE EAST OF SANDY HOOK THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS DIMINISH
  EARLY TONIGHT AND TURN SOUTHERLY.

* SEAS...6 TO 9 FEET SUBSIDING LATE TONIGHT.

* THUNDERSTORMS...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING
  WHICH IF OCCUR COULD STRENGTHEN THE EASTERLY WIND GUSTS.

* FOG...MAY DEVELOP TONIGHT AND BECOME A POSSIBLE MARINE HAZARD
  LATE AT NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS FOR SMALL
CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS... ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING A
SMALL VESSEL... SHOULD REMAIN IN PORT.
