THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING...

.WINDS HAVE STRENGTHENED AGAIN THIS EVENING OVER THE COASTAL
WATERS WITH SPEEDS 20 TO 25 KNOTS. NORTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE
OVERNIGHT AND GRADUALLY SHIFT NORTHEASTERLY BY SUNRISE FRIDAY DUE
TO THE OFFSHORE FLOW FROM THE LAND. LOCAL GUSTS OVER 25 KNOTS WILL
OCCUR...MAINLY IN THE OUTER COASTAL WATERS AND JUST OFF THE COAST
FROM SAN CLEMENTE SOUTH TO OCEANSIDE. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY
DIMINISH FRIDAY MORNING.
