.NOW...
ISOLATED SHOWERS AND STORMS CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE EASTERN-MOST
COUNTIES OF NORTH TEXAS. WE ARE EXPECTING THUNDERSTORMS TO
DEVELOP FARTHER WEST...NEAR THE INTERSTATE 35 CORRIDOR...DURING
THE EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON HOURS WHERE THE ATMOSPHERE IS MOIST
AND UNSTABLE. SOME OF THESE STORMS WILL BECOME SEVERE...WITH LARGE
HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS...INTENSE CLOUD-TO-GROUND LIGHTNING AND A
FEW TORNADOES POSSIBLE. ALSO...BRIEF HEAVY RAIN MAY LEAD TO
LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING LATE THIS AFTERNOON. RAINFALL TOTALS
AROUND AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING BEFORE
ACTIVITY MOVES EAST OF THE REGION TONIGHT.
