THROUGH 145 PM...ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL AFFECT OFFSHORE WATERS
SURROUNDING THE LOWER KEYS. THESE SHOWERS WILL MOVE TO THE
WEST-NORTHWEST AT AROUND 10 KNOTS. THE STRONGEST SHOWERS WILL PRODUCE
WIND GUSTS NEAR 20 KNOTS AND MODERATE RAIN...TEMPORARILY REDUCING
THE VISIBILITY TO NEAR THREE MILES. THE MAJORITY OF SHOWERS WILL BE
LOCATED 40 TO 60 NM SOUTH OF THE DRY TORTUGAS.
