.NOW...

A COLD FRONT CURRENTLY STRETCHES FROM AROUND CHEMULT ACROSS
NORTHERN KLAMATH AND LAKE COUNTIES TO AROUND ALKALAI LAKE.
TEMPERATURES WILL RAPIDLY FALL BELOW FREEZING AS THE FRONT PASSES
TONIGHT AND THIS WILL CAUSE WATER FROM EARLIER RAINS TO FREEZE ON
ROADWAYS. IN ADDITION...LIGHT SNOW MAY FALL ON TOP OF THIS LAYER
OF ICE. ROADWAYS MAY BECOME VERY SLIPPERY DUE TO THIS COMBINATION.

THIS FRONT IS MOVING VERY SLOWLY SOUTH THROUGH KLAMATH AND LAKE
COUNTIES AND WILL REACH A LINE FROM AROUND CHILOQUIN TO PAISLEY
AND VALLEY FALLS AFTER MIDNIGHT. IT MAY REACH KLAMATH FALLS AND
LAKEVIEW AROUND DAWN.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR VERY SLIPPERY ROADWAYS
ESPECIALLY WHEN TRAVELING NORTH AS ROADS WILL GO FROM WET TO ICY
AS THE FRONT PASSES. THIS AFFECTS ALL EAST SIDE ROADWAYS INCLUDING
WELL TRAVELED HIGHWAYS SUCH AS 97...31...AND 395.
