WESTERLY LOW LEVEL FLOW...A LITTLE STRONGER THAN NORMAL FOR LATE
JULY...WILL PUSH ISOLATED SHOWERS ACROSS THE PENINSULA INTO EARLY
EVENING.  THE MAIN AREA WILL BE NORTHWARD FROM LAKE KISSIMMEE AND
SEBASTIAN.  A FEW CELLS WILL PRODUCE LIGHTNING STRIKES.  SOME MID
LEVEL DRY AIR MAY ALSO PROMOTE GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 40 MPH.
