LOCALIZED BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS TO 30 MPH...AND DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED IN THESE AREAS.

HEAVY RAIN MAY CAUSE WATER TO POND AND ACCUMULATE ON ROADWAYS AND IN
LOW SPOTS. BE PREPARED FOR FLOODED DITCHES...WITH SOME BACK ROADS
