AT 1 PM...FOG WAS DECREASING IN THE WILLAMETTE VALLEY AND ALONG
INTERSTATE 5 THROUGH SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON. HOWEVER...SOME FOG
CONTINUED IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH WILLAMETTE VALLEY...AND IN THE
WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE PORTLAND AND VANCOUVER METRO AREAS.
VISIBILITIES WERE STILL ONE QUARTER MILE AT HILLSBORO AND
CORVALLIS...AND ONE AND ONE HALF MILES AT SCAPPOOSE. CONTINUE TO
SLOW DOWN AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING THROUGH ANY REMAINING
FOGGY AREAS THIS AFTERNOON.
