ACROSS WESTERN WISCONSIN...SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...AND PARTS OF
NORTHEAST IOWA. THE FOG WILL START TO LIFT AND DISSIPATE BETWEEN
930 AND 10 AM. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR REDUCED
VISIBILITIES EARLY THIS MORNING.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING.

*  DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO 1/4 MILE OR LESS THROUGH
   930 AM...AND THEN THE FOG WILL DISSIPATE BETWEEN 930 AM AND
   10 AM.

* IMPACTS...MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES EARLY THIS MORNING. ALLOW FOR EXTRA TIME TO REACH
  YOUR DESTINATION.
