* TIMING...THROUGH 11 AM MST WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITIES WILL DROP TO AROUND 1/4 MILE OR LESS AT
  TIMES. LIMITED VISIBILITIES WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY
  DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY ALONG RIVERS AND OVER PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY
  40 FROM AREAS EAST OF HAYDEN THROUGH STEAMBOAT SPRINGS. SLICK
  ROADS ARE POSSIBLE AS WELL DUE TO FREEZING FOG.
