* IMPACTS...FREEZING FOG HAS DEVELOPED...REDUCING VISIBILITIES
  BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE AND CREATING ICY SPOTS ON ROADWAYS.

* TIMING/DURATION...QUARTER MILE VISIBILITIES WILL CONTINUE INTO
  THE LATE MORNING HOURS BEFORE LIFTING.
