* AREAS AFFECTED...PRIMARILY SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE 40 CORRIDOR
  OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN ARKANSAS...AND EAST OF THE US 65 CORRIDOR
  OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN ARKANSAS. THIS INCLUDES...BUT IS NOT
  LIMITED TO THE CITIES OF LITTLE ROCK...PINE BLUFF...DUMAS...AND
  BRINKLEY.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL DURING THE EVENING HOURS.

* WINDS...WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE
