THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEDFORD HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY: LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. VISIBILITY SHOULD
  IMPROVE LATE THIS MORNING.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: PORTIONS OF THE ILLINOIS VALLEY INCLUDING
  CAVE JUNCTION...AND PORTIONS OF THE ROGUE VALLEY FROM PHOENIX
  NORTH TO MEDFORD.

* IMPACTS: LOW VISIBILITY WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS
  THIS MORNING ON AREA ROADWAYS...INCLUDING HIGHWAY 199 AND
  INTERSTATE 5.
