* WINDS...WEST 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 75 MPH.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS
  FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. IN ADDITION...BLOWING AND DRIFTING
  SNOW MAY LIMIT VISIBILITY IN AREAS WHERE SNOW-COVER IS PRESENT
