New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front just S of the
waters early today will move S away from the waters later today
into tonight. A weak cold front located just N of the area early
this morning, will move S over the Gulf of Maine by this
afternoon, become stationary tonight, and then return N as a warm
front Mon. Elsewhere, weak high pressure will develop later today
into Mon before shifting E of the waters later Mon. Intensifying
low pressure will track E and NE from the Great Lakes Mon night
into Tue, reach Maine by Tue night, and the Canadian Maritimes by
early Wed. A strong cold front associated with the low will move
E over the waters late Tue and Tue night, followed by a secondary
cold front moving SE over the area Wed into Wed night. High
pressure will build E toward the coast Thu and Thu night as low
pressure forms E of the waters.
