New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak low pres trough will
move E across the waters today. A high pres ridge will build to
the coast tonight, move offshore Thu, then shift SE of the waters
Thu night. A warm front will lift N along the coast Thu into Thu
night as a weak cold front approaches from the NW. Low pres will
pass just N of the area Fri and pull the cold front to the coast.
The front will stall along the Maine coast Fri night, then lift N
as a warm front Sat and Sat night. Another weak cold front will
approach from the NW Sun, and move offshore Sun night.
