West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pres ridge will prevail
just S of the waters tonight and Sun, then weaken Sun Night
through Tue Night. A cold front will then move SE across the N
and central waters tonight. The front will stall across the
central waters Sun into Mon as a weak low pres center moves NE
along the front, then dissipate Mon night as another cold front
moves SE towards the coast. The cold front will move SE into the
N and central waters Tue, then pass E of the waters Tue night.
High pres will build to the coast Wed, move offshore Wed night,
and pass E of the area Thu and Thu night while establishing a
ridge across the S waters.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
