OVER THE WATERS WILL WEAKEN TONIGHT...WHILE A LOW PRES TROUGH
NEAR THE OREGON COAST ALSO WEAKENS. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE E
ACROSS THE WATERS TONIGHT AND SUN. ANOTHER RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER
