SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE OVER THE
CENTRAL WATERS WILL SHIFT TO THE SRN WATERS TODAY. A WARM FRONT
OVER THE NW PORTION OF THE CENTRAL WATERS WILL MOVE INTO THE NRN
WATERS TODAY...THEN LIFT N OF THE REGION TONIGHT. A COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE INTO THE NW PORTION TONIGHT AND THU BEFORE BECOMING
NEARLY STATIONARY ACROSS THE CENTRAL WATERS THU NIGHT. THE FRONT
WILL WEAKEN FRI AND FRI NIGHT AS HIGH PRES BUILDS N OVER THE
CENTRAL AND SRN WATERS. THE AREA OF HIGH PRES WILL SHIFT N INTO
THE NRN AND CENTRAL WATERS SAT. THE RIDGE AXIS WILL THEN MOVE SE
INTO THE CENTRAL WATERS SAT NIGHT AND SUN AS A WEAK LOW
APPROACHES THE NRN WATERS. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE FAR NW
PORTION SUN NIGHT WHILE THE RIDGE AXIS PERSISTS ACROSS THE
CENTRAL REGION.
