New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front across the
Gulf of Maine will persist tonight, then will lift N early Tue.
A strong low pressure system will move from the lower Great Lakes
to the Canadian Maritimes Tue into Wed, pushing a strong cold
front through the region. As the strong low moves farther north
into Canada Wed night, a weaker low pressure system will move
across the mid- Atlantic waters Thu, followed by another
stronger low pressure system Fri. Weak high pressure moves into
the waters overnight Fri into Sat, followed by a low pressure
trough Sat night.
