SOUTHERLY WINDS DIMINISH AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS IMPROVE.
HOWEVER...THERE WILL BE A VERY HIGH FIRE WEATHER RISK FOR WILDFIRES
TO BURN OUT OF CONTROL UNTIL MID EVENING.
