THURSDAY FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER
ZONES 207 AND 290...

* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 207 Southwest
  Colorado Lower Forecast Area and Fire Weather Zone 290 Paradox
  Valley Forecast Area.

* WINDS...By early afternoon south winds will be increasing to
  15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph in portions of Southwest
  Colorado.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Fire starts and existing fires could be difficult or
  impossible to control due to fast rates of spread.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
